What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Plans change—we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Policies can vary by booking type and time window, so we’ll confirm the best option for your reservation.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per person. Classic escape rooms are $40 per player, and VR escape games are $30 per player. Taxes and any booking fees (if applicable) are shown during checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, as a courtesy, we can give you a Gift Card to return at a later date.
Can we book for a special event or large group?
