Health, cleaning, and emergencies

A few quick guidelines to help everyone have a great experience.

Please don’t attend if you’re unwell

If you have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms, please reschedule. Contact us and we’ll help you find a better time.

Cleaning and sanitisation

High-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly, and we maintain a tidy play environment. Hand sanitizer is available—feel free to use it before and after your game.

Emergency procedures

If there’s an emergency, follow staff instructions. Exits will be identified during your briefing, and our team can end the game immediately if needed.

Age recommendations and supervision

We recommend that minors are supervised by an adult. Some puzzles and themes may be better suited for older kids—contact us if you’d like a recommendation for your group.

What to bring and what to wear

Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Bring any needed glasses or hearing aids. Please keep personal items minimal so you can move freely.

Stairs and mobility notes

If stairs are required for a specific experience, we’ll let you know during booking or when you contact us. If you have mobility needs, reach out in advance so we can recommend the best room or VR option.
